EXHAUST MANIFOLD AND TURBOCHARGER
You need a exhaust manifold from 1.6TD or 1.9TDi, but i'm not really sure which one. It costs maximum 100zł. Some of this manifolds works easily with K03 turbocharger - this one is also cheap (it can be bought for 300-500zł). If the turbo doesn't fit, you will have to make a flange.
For this HP you don't need to change intercooler, you also don't need to buy BOV - just use DV - so you can use most of your IC pipes.
AIR FILTER
Buy a cone filter.
OIL LINES
Maybe you can use oil line that provided the oil to G. You also need to make oil fitting in your oil pan, for connection with turbocharger.
WATER COOLING PIPES
If your turbocharger is water cooled, you need to connect it with you water cooling system. But it's also up to 200zł.
You need also shorter belt for your alternator. As far as I know it's symbol is 6PK1250.
EXHAUST SYTEM
A pipe connecting exhaust part of turbocharger (it's called downpipe) with the rest of exhaust system. Remeber to put there the "elastic connector".
Some pipes to connect all that are needed. If you don't want to spend a lot of money, just make it from normal steel.
Buy yourself a boost gauge, Manual Boost Controller (MBC), and some sealings (betweend manifold and cylinder head, manifold and turbo, turbo and downpipe) and new screws.
I think you don't need to change your program, for this setup. But if you do it it can give you about 180HP and 230Nm on apx. 1 bar.
As you see above it can be done for about 1000-2000zł, and working fine.
Of course it is not PRO performance turbo installation, but it will be a proper replacement for G supercharger.
